Disney College Program Overview
The Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World® Resort is a one-of-a-kind, paid living, learning and earning experience for college students from all majors and backgrounds. The program offers students a multitude of benefits.
Seven courses, designed by professionals and subject-matter experts from The Disney University and recommended for credit by the American Council on Education, are offered to students as part of their program.
As Walt Disney World Cast Members, your students also have the opportunity to attend training classes, personal and professional-development learning activities and networking sessions with Disney leaders. They can borrow a variety of books, DVDs, CDs and other resources from our Disney Learning Centers. With such a variety of learning opportunities, you can create a customized learning plan that meets your requirements to earn credit for their participation.
Depending on the track students choose during their program, they are eligible to earn a Ducktorate or a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of their Disney College Program.
Students live in 24-hour gated apartment communities on our unique campus. Students work in one of our four theme parks, more than 20 resorts, two water parks or our dining/entertainment/retail complex. They interact with Guests from all over the world in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
