Soccer Day Program participants filled Mickey Retreat's soccer fields to participate in a four on four tournament on April 23. Team Mexico won with a shoot out in overtime. Great job to all who played!
	Night of Stars Program participants shared their talent at the Night of Stars Talent Competition at Club Motion at Pleasure Island. 19 acts took the stage. Congratulations to the winners and thanks, everybody, for coming out!
College Program Alumni Speakers Series- Entertainment Program participants enjoyed listening to College Program Alumni within Entertainment speak about their college program roles and their current roles in the Walt Disney Company today.
	Cool Beans Café Housing participants filled Cool Beans Café and sang karaoke, enjoyed the free espresso bar, rocked out to live music and had a blast. Cool Beans Cafe takes place on the first Wednesday of every month in the Vista Way Pavillion.
Grocery BINGO Due to the chance of rain, program participants crowded The Commons Clubhouse instead of Chatham Square Field for April's Grocery BINGO night. The Housing Team gave out tons of groceries, laundry detergent and TWO TVs. The Dance-Offs get more and more intense each month!
Orlando Magic Game Approximately 150 program participants traveled to Amway Arena to watch the Orlando Magic face the San Antonio Spurs.
	Spring Festival Over 700 participants stopped by Chatham Square Field to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The gorgeous day helped create the perfect backdrop for watermelon eating contests, potato sack races, hula hoop contests, and so much more.
College Program Alumni Speakers Series- Marketing and Communications Program participants enjoyed listening to College Program Alumni within Marketing and Communications speak about their college program roles and their current roles in the Walt Disney Company today (and everything in between!). After a Q&A with participants, the Marketing and Communication leaders networked one on one with the program participants.
	Hoopfest On March 10, Program participants showed off their skills at Hoopfest. Twelve teams competed, but only one could be named Hoopfest champions.
Cool Beans Café Program participants filled the Vista Way Pavilion on March 4th during the monthly Cool Beans Café. We had karaoke singers, poets, dancers, guitarists, and even a wrangler!
Grocery Bingo Chatham Square field was PACKED with glowsticks and Program Participants on March 3rd's Grocery BINGO Game - so much that facilitators actually ran out of BINGO cards and a crowd formed to wait for winners - who have to give up their cards - so that new participants could play. Participants won a ton of groceries, and even two TVs.
	College Program Alumni Speaker Series On February 19, Program participants enjoyed listening to College Program Alumni within Hospitality speak about their college program roles and their current roles in the Walt Disney Company today (and everything in between!). After a Q&A with participants, the Hospitality leaders networked one on one with the program participants.
Grocery Bingo Program participants filled the Commons Clubhouse for an intense series of BINGO games on Monday, February 18th. With bags ofgroceries, laundry detergent, soaps, and two TVs - yes, two TVs! - up for grabs, the competition was sky-high.
Cool Beans Café Housing participants filled Cool Beans Café on February 6th and sang karaoke, enjoyed the free espresso bar, rocked out to live music and had a blast.
	Tampa Bay Hockey Game On January 31, a group of program participants went to Tampa to see the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team take on the Vancouver Canucks. A special VIP section was reserved for the participants to have dinner and watch the game.
Welcome Pool Party Program participants enjoyed pizza, cotton candy, snacks, and dancing with Stitch and Donald at the Vista Way pool party on January 22.
	Welcome Pool Party Rain didn't stop these program participants from enjoying their welcome party on January 17 at the Vista Way Pool.
Grocery BINGO On January 14, program participants went head-to-head battling for groceries at Grocery BINGO.
	Welcome Pool Party On January 8 and 10 we hosted a welcome party at the Vista Way pool. These events are a way to for participants to meet each other and the Housing team.
Cool Beans Café On January 2, program participants shared their talent of singing, dancing and reading poetry at Cool Beans Café. Here are a few photos from this monthly event.
Graduation On December 10-12, program participants had their graduation celebration at Mickey's Retreat. Participants enjoyed free food, caricature drawings, battle boat races, taking pictures with Disney characters and getting their certificates and Mickey ears. The event was a great way for participants to spend time with the friends they have made on the program.
Winter Formal The Winter Formal was held December 5 at The Commons. The Clubhouse and pool were turned into a winter wonderland. Program participants enjoyed dinner and dancing with their friends.
	Thanksgiving Dinner About 2,000 program participants joined the Housing Team to celebrate Thanksgiving on November 21. Cast Members enjoyed dinner with their friends and shared what they are thankful for during this holiday season.
College Program Alumni Speaker Series - Event and Convention Planning On November 14, leaders in event and convention planning roles shared their career path and advice to current Disney College Program participants at the College Program Alumni Speaker Series. This month the panelists were Brett Bovio, Epcot® Events and Conventions Coordinator, Cindy Johnson, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Disney's Blizzard Beach® Water Park Special Events and Cullen Garlock, Walt Disney World Special Events Coordinator.
	Casino Night The Vista Way Pavilion was turned into "The Way: Casino Resort." on November. 13. Program participants enjoyed casino-style games such as blackjack, roulette, and craps. Over 100 people participated in the poker tournament.
Cool Beans Café Cool Beans Café was held on November 7. Program participants shared their talents of singing, dancing and reading poetry at the monthly event.
Night of Stars On November 6, program participants watched as fellow Cast Members battled to become Night of Stars champions. This semester's event was one of the best the Housing team had seen. Congratulations to all eighteen acts that performed.
	Grocery BINGO On November 5, program participants crowded the Chatham Square Field for the chance to win free groceries. If they were the first person to get BINGO, they won! Grocery BINGO is one of the most popular events for program Cast Members.
Cast Appreciation As a way for the Housing Team to say "thank you" and Happy Halloween, they surprised Cast Members waiting for the bus, in their cars and on the bus with candied apples on October 31.
	Hoopfest Championship On October 29 the Vista Way hoopfest resumed play! Congratulations to Anthony, Shawn, Antoine, and Otis of team Dynasty on being named the Fall 2007 Hoopfest Champions!
County Fair On October 22, the Chatham Square Field was transformed into fair grounds. Program participants visited the different tents where they had a balloon artist, stilt walkers, a fortune teller, dunk tank and more! Cast Members went bobbing for apples, had sack races, pie eating contests and fought to become the tug-of-war champion.
	College Program Alumni Speaker Series - Entertainment On October 17, Cast Members got the chance to learn from a panel of speakers who are currently working in Entertainment roles. The College Program Alumni Speaker Series is a great way for Cast Members to network and learn about roles which may interest them.
Siesta Key Beach Trip On Oct. 9, Program Participants took a trip to the beach! Famous for its fine white sand and warm waters, Siesta Key has been attracting visitors for years. Participants enjoyed a day of relaxation and fun in the sun.
Cool Beans Café The Vista Way Pavilion was full of talent on Oct.3! Program Cast performed songs, poetry and other variety acts for fellow Cast Members.
	"So You Think You Can Cook" Competition On Oct. 2, Program participants competed to be named the Programs' Top Chefs. The cooks were given the ingredients, but they had to create the entrée. Guest judges were Walt Disney World chefs. The four winning teams from each round were Team L'avenir, Solo Me, Casablanca and Team Carb. Congratulations to all of the winners. Outside of the Vista Way Pavilion Cast Members were decorating cupcakes, having cupcake eating contests and sneaking peaks to see what the cooks were preparing.
College Program Alumni Speaker Series - Creative and Graphic Design On Sept. 26 program participants gathered at the Vista Way pavilion to learn from our panel of speakers who are currently working in creative or graphic design roles. The College Program Alumni Speakers Series was a great opportunity for Program Cast to network and learn about these roles.
	Hoopfest On Sept. 24 program participants from all complexes met at the Vista Way basketball courts to compete in this three on three tournament. Unfortunately the event was postponed due to rain.
Grocery BINGO On Sept. 18 Chatham Square Field was full of Program Participants hoping for the chance to win free groceries at Grocery BINGO. If you were the first to get BINGO you received free food. However if more than one person gets BINGO at the same time that means one thing, a dance off!
	Cool Beans Café The Vista Way Pavilion was bursting with talent on Sept. 12 as your fellow Program Cast performed songs, poetry and other variety acts.
Professional Intern Soiree On Sept. 12 Program Cast Members had the opportunity to network at the Professional Intern Soiree. The event was a great opportunity to talk with leaders and to find out what types of Professional Internships are available.
	Cocoa Beach Trip On Sept. 10 Disney College Program Cast had fun in the sun at Cocoa Beach.
La Pool Fiesta To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, the Housing Team hosted a party on September 6th. The Vista Way Pool was packed with program participants enjoying free food, participating in dance contests and taking pictures with Disney characters. Mickey, Minnie and Goofy were all in their Latin attire to match the fiesta theme!
Groovy Pool Party Program participants were Groovin' to the '60s at Chatham Square for the Groovy Pool Party. Those in attendance enjoyed free pizza, popcorn, chips, soda and took pictures with Donald and Daisy!
	Grocery BINGO On August 21st, program participants filled the Chatham Square field to play BINGO at the chance to win free groceries.
1950's Pool Party Participants were rockin' to the '50s on August 16th. Program participants enjoyed a night with Minnie Mouse wearing a poodle skirt, Goofy in a leather jacket, limbo contests, free food and more! As a way to say thanks to the current participants who are departing and to also welcome in the new ones, we had a party!
	Alien Invasion Pool Party Both current and new program participants came together at the Chatham Square pool on August 14th for the Alien Invasion party! They all enjoyed free food, dancing, taking pictures with Goofy, Mickey and Stitch and meeting new friends.
Spring Advantage Graduation It was hot outside but that didn't stop Program participants from enjoying their graduation celebration at Mickey's Retreat. Cast Members enjoyed the free food, paddle boat racing and taking pictures with Disney characters. The event was a great way for participants to spend time with the friends they have made on the program.
Cool Beans Café August's Cool Beans Café was full of people sharing their talent. Cast Members came out to watch their friends sing karaoke, play instruments and read poetry. Everyone was able to sip on lattes from our free espresso bar as they relaxed after a hard days work
	Hawaiian Circus Pool Party Students in one of the Hospitality Management classes planned and hosted the Hawaiian Circus Pool Party as a part of their curriculum on July 26. The festivities included an ice-cream-eating contest, hula-dancing lessons and free food! Lilo and Stitch even showed up for a photo shoot with Cast Members!
College Program Alumni Speaker Series - Roles that support your program On July 25, Program participants gathered at the Vista Way Pavilion for the Disney College Program Alumni Speaker Series. Cast Members listened to a panel of leaders whose roles support the Disney College, International and CareerStart Programs. Panelists shared how they gained their current roles and gave advice about what steps to take to start a career with Disney.
	Dive-In Movie Night Rain did not stop these program participants from enjoying a movie night at the Vista Way Pool. The movie played on the big screen July 24 while Cast Members enjoyed free popcorn, candy and soda.
Dive-In Movie Night The Chatham Square pool was hopping the evening of Wednesday, July 18 as over 300 Program Participants came to the Dive-In Movie Night. Cast enjoyed free popcorn, soda and candy as they chatted with their friends and watched the movie.
	Movie Nights On July 9 and July 10, snacks were provided for the moviegoers to enjoy while watching the shows!
Cast Appreciation The Disney Housing Operations Team wanted to say Thank You to all of the College Program participants for their hard work at the Walt Disney World Resort on July 4. Ice cream carts were placed by the housing complex's bus stops over a period of three days where Cast Members could pick up free ice cream on their way to work.
College Program Alumni Speaker Series - Sales and Marketing On June 27 more than 75 program Cast Members filled the seats at the Vista Way Pavilion for the Disney College Program Alumni Speaker Series. Cast networked with alumni of the program who are now working in Marketing and Sales roles at the Walt Disney World Resort. Panelists shared how they gained their current roles and gave advice on what steps to take for Cast Members to get their dream job.
	Music Video Pool Party Our Music Video Pool Party was jam-packed with Program Cast Members on June 21! Participants were able to enjoy swimming, pizza, beverages, and great music videos with their friends.
Grocery BINGO Tons of program participants came to the June 19 Grocery BINGO event. The competition was fun and fierce, and everyone was hoping to win a bag full of free groceries!
	Cocoa Beach Trip On June 12, Cast Members hit the sand during the Housing trip to Cocoa Beach. More than 150 participants enjoyed fun in the sun, shopping and lunch on the beach. It was a great way to relax and spend a day away from work.
Cool Beans Café June's Cool Beans Café was packed, and Cast Members came out to watch their friends perform karaoke, interpretive dance, poetry and more. Everyone was able to sip on lattes from our free espresso bar as they relaxed after a hard days work.
Diversity Dive-In Movie Program Cast Members gathered at the Vista Way Pool on June 4 to enjoy a nighttime swim and movie. We celebrated Gay and Lesbian Pride Month with a movie complete with ice cream bars, cotton candy and cool beverages.
	Patriotic Pool Party On May 29, more than 1300 Program Cast Members came out to the Vista Way pool to enjoy our final welcome pool party. Everything was decorated in red, white and blue to go along with the patriotic theme, and Cast Members were able to meet new friends while snacking on ice cream and pizza. This pool party coincided with a Disney Difference expo, which gave our Cast the opportunity to network with leaders and learn about different resources available to them during their program.
Villains & Princesses Pool Party Cast Members enjoyed another pool party on May 24 at Vista Way, this time with a Villains and Princesses theme. Snow White and the Snow Queen were on hand for pictures, and there was plenty of pizza, beverages and plastic snakes and wands to enjoy! The DJ organized contests and awarded College Program towels and boxer shorts to the winners.
	Belated Chinese New Year's Pool Party Cast Members were able to ring in the Chinese New Year at our Belated Chinese New Year Pool Party at Chatham Square on May 22. There was tons of dancing, games and great giveaways, and Mulan and Mushu even made an appearance!
Un-Birthday Pool Party Our second pool party was held at Chatham Square on May 17, where we celebrated everyone's Un-Birthday! The Mad Hatter, Alice and the White Rabbit were on hand for pictures, and Cast Members enjoyed eating pizza and decorating their own cookies. Prizes were given away and the DJ organized fun games of hula hoops, limbo and more.
`80s Pool Party The May 15 `80s Pool Party was the first in a series of welcome events for our new arrivals. Cast Members gathered at the Vista Way Pool for swimming, eating and hanging out with friends. Great tunes from the `80s could be heard all evening long, and Cast Members played trivia and competed in a dance-off for Housing prizes. Beach Goofy and `80s Minnie Mouse were even there for photo opportunities!
