Learn More From College Program Alumni and Current Participants

Disney College Program Cast Members have the opportunity to experience all of the magic of the Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as learn key transferable skills; network with Disney leaders; live in a diverse, gated community; and take education courses recommended by the American Council on Education for college credit. But don't just take our word for it! Here is your chance to hear it straight from current participants and the Alumni of the Disney College Program.

"It's the Journey That Changed Me..."

This section contains first person editorials about the Disney College Program experience and how each person's internship has impacted their current career. Many of the entries are from persons who are now established Disney Leaders, which lends to how powerful a Disney College Program internship can be to ready yourself for a future career - perhaps right here at the Walt Disney World Resort!

What will you be doing when you are not at work? You could be out exploring a Theme Park, you may be poolside soaking up the Florida sun, or perhaps, you'll be attending a Disney College Program Housing event! The Disney College Program Housing team works hard to keep your program exciting by holding several events during each program season. Examples from past seasons include talent shows, semi-formal dances, networking events, movie nights, and even bingo nights where you can win free groceries.
