Application/Interview Process

1. Review Our Campus Presentation Schedule

It is a requirement that all students attend a presentation or view the presentation online to be eligible for an interview.

If there's no presentation scheduled in your area or you do not wish to travel to another campus, you are welcome to watch the e- presentation online and schedule a phone interview.

2. Complete the Online Application

You must apply online prior to attending the on-campus presentation and bring your completed application and role checklist to the presentation.

3. Go to the Campus Presentation

You must attend the entire presentation to be eligible to interview. The presentation is your opportunity to learn detailed information about the Disney College Program.

You should bring your completed application and role checklist to the presentation. These will be collected at the conclusion of the presentation when you schedule your interview.

4. Interview

After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to schedule an interview.

5. Notification

You will receive notification concerning your status with the Disney College Program approximately two or three weeks after your interview.

Please be patient as your application is being considered for acceptance into the program.

If more than three weeks pass since you interviewed, please send an e-mail to wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com with your full name, school where you interviewed and complete mailing address.
