Attractions duties may include:
- Greeting and interacting with Guests while promoting
the participant's cultural heritage
- Introducing the show by speaking in front of large
groups
- Monitoring guest safety and guest flow
- Organizing audience control
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the attraction and
pavilion
Kidcot Fun Stops
The Kidcot Fun Stops appear in all of the pavilions around
World Showcase at Epcot® and serve as a platform for
cultural interaction with children.
Kidcot Fun Stops duties may include:
- Greeting and interacting with Guests while promoting
the participant's cultural heritage
- Organizing craft projects for children
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Kidcot Fun Stops
area and pavilion
- Interacting and engaging in cultural activities
- Language exchange
Merchandise duties may include:
- Greeting and interacting with Guests while promoting
the participant's cultural heritage
- Demonstrating and selling pavilion merchandise in
indoor and outdoor areas
- Operating a computerized cash register
- Setting up, stocking and cleaning shelves and
carts
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shops
Chefs de France of Orlando, Inc. and Rubio Arts,
L.C.
Chefs de France of Orlando, Inc., an Operating Participant
at the Walt Disney World® Resort, operates the
full-service restaurant and bakery in the France Pavilion.
Rubio Arts, L.C., an Operating Participant at the Walt
Disney World® Resort, operates the portrait artist area in
the France Pavilion. Working in these areas, participants would be an employee
of Chefs de France of Orlando, Inc., or Rubio Arts, L.C., independent
companies, but still part of the Disney International Programs.
Food and Beverage duties may include:
- Greeting and interacting with Guests while promoting
the participant's cultural heritage
- Selling food and beverages, including alcoholic
beverages, at outdoor carts
- Escorting Guests to tables in the restaurants
- Using a computerized cash register and reservation
system
- Taking Guests' orders and serving food
- Setting, stocking and cleaning tables, carts and
restaurants
- Emptying trash cans
Merchandise duties may include:
- Greeting and interacting with Guests while promoting
the participant's cultural heritage
- Demonstrating and selling pavilion merchandise in
outdoor areas
- Operating a computerized cash register
- Setting up, stocking and cleaning shelves and
carts
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shops
