Living

Our housing allows Cast Members the possibility to live and interact with people from all over the world. They will meet people using our transportation system, working out at the fitness centers or while sunning or swimming at the pools.

Our apartment complexes feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, and all bedrooms are shared by two people. The weekly housing cost, which includes all amenities, varies depending on the size and location of the apartment. All assignments are based on a number of factors, including type of program, arrival and departure dates, gender, age (over or under 21), availability, etc. There is no co-ed housing.

Housing costs range from $75-$97 per week, depending on the size of the apartment and the amenities offered at the complex.

If participants work for one of our Operating Participant companies, the cost of housing may vary from the rates published above. Please check with the Operating Participant for a specific quote.

To make the living experience more convenient, the housing costs are deducted from the Cast Member's weekly paycheck automatically. That way, they never have to worry about missing a payment.

Also, a one-time housing assessment fee of $85.50 is collected upon acceptance of an offer. This cost is used to offset costs of housing programs that are provided during the participant's stay.

We offer wellness and non-wellness apartments. No alcohol is permitted inside of wellness apartments, and all participants who are under the age of 21 at the time of arrival will be placed in a wellness apartment automatically. Participants over the age of 21 can request a wellness apartment when they arrive. All apartments are non-smoking. All bedrooms, living areas and kitchens are shared; therefore, particpants should expect limited privacy.

Our housing complexes are part of exclusive Disney apartment communities that are home to Disney International Programs participants (and others) from all over the world. As part of the program, participants must live at the designated housing complex provided for Disney International Programs participants for the exact duration of their program.
